process memory usage

I would like to monitor Windows process memory usage and describe an alert. How can i do that? Is there any way to do this?

Hi jeremeek and thanks for the answer! What I need specifically is to mesure the memory consumption in GBs for a particular Windows process, adn when it raise, for example 50GBs, raise an alert.

Do you know if this is possible?

I went to create a new template and it looks like you can with a "Process Monitor - Windows". Build the template and you can set your threshold.
