Problem with upgrade to NPM 8.51 SP3

I've just upgraded our installation of NPM from 8.5 to 8.51SP3. Things seem to not be running correctly now. I try to run the System Manager from the machine Orion is installed on and it says "Cannot connect to <name of Orion machine>" and exits. When I look in the web interface, events show the Network Performance Monitoring Engine is started and then immediately stopped. What can I do to fix this?

One suggestion would be to Add/Remove -> Repair of Orion and then run the Configuration Wizard again.

I rebooted and it seems OK now. I didn't see a message to do that after the upgrade.
