The graph in NTA is not correct!!!!! Please help !!!!

Question

The subscribed bandwidth is only 1Mb, how come we can see 3Mbps in the graph of NTA.

And I am pretty sure we dont have "doubling flow"  problem.

How can we interpret the chart in NTA?? Please help.

Only ingress is using in this capture.
