Real time change detection by NCM not working

Hi,

I am evaluating NCM for our change management requirement.

While configuring real time change detection on NCM, i am facing issue.

I have configured my router to send syslog to NCM server and syslog alert rule is set to detect config change message and run configAutodetect.exe, i get below error in change detection log file RTN.log.

Internal job error: An error occurred while modifying the job. Ensure that the account name is valid.

My syslog service has configured by local administrator account at logon rights and Change management setting are configured with local administrator id.

My NCM and SQL servers are install on same server.

If you are running NCM on Windows Server 2008, follow the steps in this KB article to permission the Syslog and Trap Services:
