Problem downloading/comparing configs on ASA5515X running 9.1(1)

I'm having problems downloading and comparing the configs from this device. I'm able to download the config but when config manager is doing the compare there are lots of dropped lines. I have a couple of ASA5510s running 8.2(3) which download and compare just fine.

I validated the login credentials on the 5515X and I noticed that rather than execute the 'terminal pager 0' command as the 5510s do it's trying to execute the following commands unsuccessfully - 'terminal width 0' & 'terminal length 0'

I suspect this is because the machine type just shows as 'Cisco' where the 5510 shows as 'Cisco ASA 5510'

My question is, is there any way to update the machine type manually or somehow tell Orion Configuration Manager to execute the 'terminal pager 0' command rather than the 'terminal width 0' & 'terminal length 0' commands?

I'm running Orion NCM v6.1 and NPM v10

Hi Tormod -

Looks like your 5515X is not using the Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance device command template (this is what tells NCM how to interact with a particular model): You'll need to edit your device in the NCM software and change the template:

It should work once you've done this, the template definitely sets the command to be "terminal pager 0"
