Hi
I need to monitor a web application and the various services that run to ensure a great uptime for the apllication, such services include IIS ADMIN service (windows service), my challenge is that this service is either displayed as "unknown" or "down" in APM even when it is "UP".
i supplied the correct login for monitoring to no avail, please i need a solution to this, as it is very important i monitor the web app.
