Early this year, we set up a number of APM monitors to check the Windows Event Log on a server using the 'Windows Event Log Count' script. These monitors worked well.
At some stage (possibly after applying some maintenance) the monitors stopped working. Not only did it stop working, it also did not alert us to the fact that it was no longer working.
The APM Component for one of the monitors is shown below:

It states that there has been 98 days since the component has run.
When we try and test the component, it returns with the text: failed with 'Undefined' status.

As you can imagine, this is a very unhelpful error message. We have tried using the latest version of the 'Windows Event Log Count' script with no difference in result.
We have checked and re-checked the credentials that are used to connect to the remote server and there are no issues there.
Has anyone else had this issue?
