Netflow 2.x to 3.1 update

I'm re-installing my software onto a new server. I chose to update the software at the same time.

Everything was going smooth until I came to Netflow. My old version (and database) was the 2.x version. The new version that I downloaded to install is the 3.1 vesion. I need the 3.0 version that will update my database.

Does anyone know where I can get this? Does this sound like the correct thing to try?

You'll need to contact tech support. They'll get you NTA 3.0.

I had the same situation last week. I started the NTA 2.2.1 -> 3.0 upgrade this morning and it's still running the database update. This process has been stuck at "Processing NetFlowDatabaseScheme.dbConfig file" for at least 2 hours. I DO have a 190gb Solarwinds database but is this normal?

Yes - this process can take a while.

Now, it will be considerably slower, if you upgrade without the latest service pack. The tech support represenative may have forgotten to give you the latest SP.
