Report writer erroring out on large reports and not creating .csv and .xls files.

We want to use the report scheduler functions that pass .csv and excel files thru email. Small PDF files are working, but large files fail and so do these two extensions.

Did/does anyone else have this problem?

Have you recently moved to https? Is it attempting to send the report but giving you a "failed to retrieve url" error in the e-mail it sends?
