Over the holidays our Solarwinds system stopped working. When I came in this morning and tried logging into the web page I got a SQL error. I had to restart the SQL server service on our SQL 2005 box and then start the Network Performance Monitoring service on the Solarwinds host. It appears to have been down since Thursday (11/23) at 1:20 AM (3 days).
How do I monitor my solarwinds box to ensure my Solarwinds monitoring system is functional?
