Custom MIB Poller for SUN

Anyone knows if it is possible to get Sun hardware info from net-snmp? Or is there another snmp agent I can use? I would like to get information of drivestatus and fan,temperatures. Both for Sun servers and Storage solutions. Anyone has any good ideas?
