I opened a ticket and after testing and discussions with the engineer from Solarwinds it was recommended that I upgrade to NCM 7.4 and NPM 11.5.2. As for as uploading files for the open ticket. I was able to upload files once I had the ticket number for the case.
sounds like a Support ticket issue.
make sure that when scheduling the job the time is set properly (they have a 15 min warning that usually pops up), then enable the saved job
.I configured this job at 9:45 am to run at 7:00 pm on 10/07/15. It did not run. Showed scheduled for 10/07/15 at 7:00 pm when I checked the jobs on 10/08/15 at 8:00 am .
When scheduling Orion jobs (NCM, LEM reports, etc), I like to verify it by checking the windows scheduler. The job should appear in there.
