Orion v IP Monitor

I have a pretty basic question and I was hoping to get answers from users not just solarwinds support thats why I didnt email sales/support with this.

 

Is there anything that IP Monitor can do that Orion cant?

 

We are looking at replacing our current network monitoring system which is InMon (www.inmon.com) with Orion NPM, APM, and Netflow.  Another group is looking at IP Monitor so we are curious what overlaps or which product might do what better.  We have been engineering toolset customers for a while and have been very happy.
