I am testing an alert that monitors Group property.
If a member of group is down the group status changes to warning which trigers an alert.
I found out that even if two members of the same group are down only one alert is generated. (Unless I monitor group member property than I get an e-mail for each device that is down.)
It would be nice to get an e-mail alert when a group status goes into warning state that would include all the members of the group with a coresponding status? And not be flooded with separate emails if more than one device in that group goes down.
I use ${GroupName} ${GroupMemberName} ${GroupMemberStatusName} in the alert email but as I said that only lists the 1st device in the group that is down.
Any suggestions you may have are wery much apprecaited.
