Real Time Change Detection for 8.2.1 or older

Anyone successfully have the real time change detection working for IOSs on the ASA 8.2.1 or older. Works great on 8.2.2 and newer but I can't get it to work on the older IOSs.

Here is my ticket# from SW support Case #152426

Here are the differences in Message Type Patterns that I can only think why Real time is not picking up the older IOSs.
