NMC can't find a node but said node is available for monitoring.

Hi fellas.

     I added a new node on my network lab but said device is not found when I enter NMC/Firmware Upgrade. The weird thing here is that I can monitor my new added device but when I try tu upgrade its IOS, I can't find it on the 'select nodes' optiones.

Node is UP!

but the Node is not present here!

Please guys, can you lend me a hand?

dpcdpcdpc​ While on that node (node details), click the edit button and verify the node is actually licensed/managed by NCM.

If it is not, then you will need to add it to be managed by NCM. The basic node monitoring/stats are different than what NCM will do.
