Problem with charting

I have a problem with the charts in Netflow. It seems that the AreaChartBuilder.ashx is having problems rendering charts correctly when any time over 2 hours is selected. I wish I could get a screen cap, but getting it off my network is like pulling teeth.

Here is what a typical 2 hour span looks like. I have recreated this from one of my actual charts.

As you can see the time data is off and where it is off there is no chart data. Is this a known issue and I am missing something? I am completely up to date on all SW software and service packs.

Development has addressed this issue and the fix is available in our NTA 3.0 RC1 release. We are in early stages of regression testing for NTA 3.0, but expect that we will RTM in the near future.
