Making Interface Description/Caption Searchable?

I would like the network interface description (or more specifically the Interfaces.Caption field from the NetPerMon DB) search-able.  It seems this isn't a field that is natively search-able via Orion.  I tried adding it as a variable to a custom property but that also didn't seem to work.

Any suggestions?

byrona, I am pretty certain it is a search-able, you just have to add the Search Interface Resource to a page...  The Search Interface resource is in the Miscellaneous - Miscellaneous Resources under Add Resources to...  Unless I missed your question
