NTA 4.2.4? What's different from NTA 4.2.0?

So last Wednesday, the 15th of June, I upgraded using the latest available version of NTA from the support portal, 4.2.0.

Today I was looking at the Orion Core Hotfix 1 in the portal, and happened to notice that the currently available version of NTA is showing at 4.2.4?

What has changed from NTA 4.2.0 which was showing as available to download on the 15th, and version 4.2.4 which shows as having released on the 7th which I know is not the case?.

That is for the 4.2 release. I can't find anything on the .2 release.

Silent release? my NTA is having issues displaying, I look at its on 4.2.0. But the version on the site listed as 4.2.4 is an install for 4.2.0-b1585, which is the same as I ran previously a week ago.

I have to call support because something is up and I need it corrected.
