We are looking for away to monitor the end user experience either from a linux or windows client. We want to login to the wireless network and verify content (move data) to make sure we are online. Is anyone doing this within Solarwinds?

Yes, you can install the WPM Player on a Windows device that's connected to the wireless network and have it download data on a regular basis.
