MAP ISSUE

Hi,

In our network topology map some of the details were showing as UNKNOWN and for some of the MAP all the details were showing as unknwon, any has any idea about this.

1.control that LLDP is enabled on those nodes.(show lldp neighbors) from cli

2.control L2/3 topology is enabled in NPM.

3.control that all interfaces that part of the topology are monitored in NPM
