NCM Hardware health undefined after new switch installs

I need some help here. I am installing new switches in our network to replace older ones that are EOL. The new switches are Juniper EX2300s. The old switches are Ciscos, mostly 2960s. The new switches are going in the network with the same names and IPs as the old ones. The problem is, when I install a new switch, SolarWinds sees it and identifies it as Juniper hardware, but starts throwing the "Hardware health undefined" event (which is incredibly annoying since it goes off every 20 minutes or so). I have tried everything I can think of and can't get it to stop.

How do I fix the error and get SolarWinds to see the new hardware for what it is and start monitoring correctly? I know it will support the EX2300. We have several on our network already.
