Just upgraded to NCM 6.1 and would like to start using the config change template to push changes to multiple devices.
I have some questions about the workings of the config change template:
1) Is it possible to see the config that will be written BEFORE it is actually pushed to the devices?
2) If a config passes the validity check, but any commands in the template are incorrect (e.g. misspelt or not valid in the version of IOS of the receiving device) does NCM backout THE WHOLE template of just the parts that are incorrect?
3) Is it possible to create a template that does not need variables to be input? I have tried this but it seems to give an error message requesting variables. This would be useful for pushing a standard config (eg a banner) to multiple devices that does not need to be different for each device
