AppInsight for Exchange not reading mailbox information on new databases

We are moving from 3 large mail databases to multiple smaller DBs. I have created the additional databases and have users in a few, but SAM is not reading the mailbox information from them. User By Mailbox Size is blank and the total mailboxes under Mailbox Database Size and Space Use is Unknown. Is there something that I need to do on the server once I create the new databases for Solarwinds to see the information?

There should not be anything additional you need to do. When did these new mailbox databases get added? There's a nightly inventory task that is performed by AppInsight for Exchange that if these databases were added less than 24 hours ago could explain why you're not seeing them in SAM yet.

I created 4 databases on Monday and another 7 yesterday. They are all showing total mailboxes Unknown still this morning.

Are you monitoring the server with AppInsight for Exchange where the mounted copies are running?

I am monitoring both Exchange servers so yes we are monitoring the mounted copies.
