Unused interface reporting capabilities

I'm currently in the process of evaluating new NMS features with the view of decommissioning an old product suite, potentially for Orion and the Cirrus application for configuration management. Whilst currently running an evaluation of these products, I was hoping someone could tell me if either of these products are capable of running reports that can determine how many interfaces across switching infrastructure are unused or have been unused over a specific period (eg. ports that have not been used for a period of 30 days or more). Can anyone tell me if this is possible please? Much appreciated.
