Issue in downloading configuration file if the size is more than 5MB ?

What product and version are you using? What kind of configuration file are you trying to download? What method are you using to perform this download? How is it failing?

we are using 7.4 version of NCM

Config->ConfigurationManagement->(Selecting Device and clicking on the download button)
