NCM 5.5.2 Upgrade to NCM 6.0

Hi,

I have upgraded NPM 10 successfully without any issues.

After that I upgraded NCM 9.5.1 to new version 10 I then upgraded NCM 5.5.2 to version 6 then ran the SolarWinds-Orion-NCM-v6.0-NPM-Integration.exe. Reboot server and made sure all services has started when back online.

Login for the 1st time in NPM console and it states on the top bar that there is a new product ready for download (NCM 6) and on the footer of the web console, the NCM version is still pointing to 5.5.2.

Any ideas?

Hi Peter,

Have you tried removing the Orion NCM Integration Module from the Add/Remove Programs. Then from there... run the NCM Orion Integration Module installer that is packaged with NCM 6.0
