Advanced Alert based on Custom Poller

I'm trying to create an advanced alert based on a custom poller the alert condition works fine but I can't get the macros to work in t he alert e-mail, I'm trying to send the e-mail out with ${NodeName}'s temperature is ${Rate} the rate macro is no correct but can't work out how to display the rate but the node name won't display either.
How can I get the Node name and the rate from the custom poller to display in an alert e-mail?

Try using ${CustomPollerStatus.Rate} and ${Nodes.Caption}.

Hi Steve,
If I want to show the Raw Value on MIB Value Type, what should I set?
I've tried ${CustomPollerStatus.Rate} and ${Nodes.Caption},
it showed 'nothing' and ${Nodes.Caption} respectively.
