Urgent solution with webform problem(sys webform request error)

At a client site and finished installations properly but wants to start configuration of the NTA and this error comes up:

s\Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerParserErrorException:An unknown error occured while processing the request on the server.The status code returned from the server was :404

Needs urgent help.
