NetScaler Backups - Regex Comparison

I'm able to back up the NS configs without any issues. What I'm having an issue with is the change criteria. Cirrus backs up the config every night even though there are no changes in the config. I have a Regex exception set up in the comparison criteria and have tried it different ways.

We have tried ^Last modified as well as ^#Last modified and ^# Last modified and Cirrus continues to back up the NetScaler config even though nothing has changed. A side by side comparisons of the 2 configs have no difference in them.

Anyone having luck with this?
