Is it possible to configure the two "Top Talker Alerts" supplied with NTA 3.7 to fire only after sustaining the specified threshold for a specific amount of time? I keep getting alerted on spikes, so I'd like to have it somehow alert only after threshold has been violated for XX number of minutes.
