Upgraded to NCM V6.1 dlx, user interface 8.3.125, configmgtengine 8.3.177 on November 19th
auto job to download configs nightly stopped working. last time configs were downloaded was on the 19th. I can view a configs but when I go to compare to last I get a blank screen. So, I performed a manual download and selected compare to last downloaded. When done I get the Run-time error 53. I hit ok and NCM then goes into app not responding. I Have to then kill it in task manager.
Any thoughts as to why the config job stopped as well as the compare config option? next time the nightly config backup job will run is 2am.
any info is appreciated.
