Problem backing up configs

ERROR: Cannot download Running config : Cannot enter Enable Level 15 : % Unrecognized command. Device: 192.168.4.3

I'm a new SolarWinds user and this is my first post. This morning I came in and found an email with the above error message for several of my devices. I have NCM set up to backup my running configs every night.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I may have found the answer. This was a Dell switch and it had an enable level set. I set the value to "No Enable Login" and I will see if it backs up tonight.

what does it say for your last log in result under the communication information for the device?

agree, i think you found the problem

also, you can right click the device in the node list on the left and it will give you the option to "download configs". which it will do at the present using the same credentials. this way you dont have to wait on the job to run to test things.
