Two questions

1) Every few days, Orion decides to stop sending out email alert notifications. So far, rebooting the server seems to correct it for a few days.
2) Is an in-place upgrade from v6.4 to v7 nice and easy?

Our config: Win2k Server SP4, SQL2k Server SP3, Orion v6.4
