Upon opening SolarPutty today all my saved sessions and credentials were gone. Where is that information kept? I had about 50 saved sessions and now they are gone.

encrypted sessions are stored in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\SolarWinds\FreeTools\Solar-PuTTY\data.dat. What happened to your computer? Didn't you signed in as a different user? It is always possible to export/backup Solar-Putty sessions with the Export sessions menu.
