how can I set up monitoring for svchost.exe -k

I have a windows server with svhost.exe  that runs many different services as list below .  

C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs 

C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe -k iissvcs  

When I use the wmi and snmp scans on my server   it only produces   the    svchost.exe   15   (instance count)

how can i separate out each scvhost process  and configure some up / down monitoring in SolarWinds.

If you're using WMI then you could use the Windows Service Monitor instead of the Process Monitor. If for some reason you're reliant upon the process for monitoring, you can add the command line parameters of the process to the "Command Line Filter" field to differentiate between each instance of a process.
