After moving to NCM v5.1 and now NCM 5.1.1, we see the Windows task W3WP.EXE using a large amount of memory 250-270 meg). Interestingly, when we stop the NCM Website, this task falls to about 6 meg. Upon starting the NCM Web site again, this task begins to increase in memory usage and keeps going. We have the Service PAck for Windows Server 2003 applied that addresses the issue but there is no other information. Support said we should make sure the patch was on, which we did. Support has not reacted to that information.
Anyone have a GOOD idea of what to do or why this is really happening?
