Install SEM 2020.4

I start SEM in Hyper V this error appears, I have downloaded and unzipped the file several times, any ideas to solve it?

Are you downloading this from your customer portal or is it an eval?

Hi,

yes, there was an issue with the HyperV package. It should be sorted out now, and the package on the Customer portal should be updated.
