Asset Management for Cisco Smartnet Contract
FormerMember
We are looking for a way to make Asset Management for Cisco Hardware - PID, VID, S/N and IOS Licence, Flash & DRAM info all that need to make Service Contract.
The problem today is that we are not able to make a report that include all product info to sign a SmartNet Contract.

Gstrand,
For smart net you should only need th model and serial number. If you have all of your nodes in Cirrus, you can easily run an inventory on your equipment then use the built in reports that Cirrus has. I recommend you use the Cisco Chassis IDS report. You can get to this report by going to Reports, select view report, and scroll down to Cisco Chassis IDS, you can then filter out what you want to see and not see. Hope this helps.
