Unpluggable node feature

I'm pretty sure that there is no such feature in 9.5, but at least i can ask if there are plans to implement this:

I would like to have unpluggable property applicable to node, not only the interface. Let's suppose that i have some number of PC's that are switched on/off day-to-day, but regardless of that I would like to have those in NPM, to have some RTT stats etc... PC's are added as an ICMP-only nodes and it would be nice to have 'unpluggable' feature applicable to such nodes, so they won't appear on the 'down nodes' report, when they are remaining switched off...

is it possible/planned feature ?

We do have this in the sytem as an enhancement request to add to the product in the future as we have heard this from  others as well.
