Netflow not displaying traffic from IP Range

Hi,

I am currently using netflow to monitor all traffic going into a particular device.

For some reason it is not picking up any traffic from a specific IP range other than 1 machine.

The range has been specified within netflow settings.

Any idea why this may be happening?

Hi michaelbensusan,

Two questions:

1. Are you exporting both ingress and egress traffic from your network device for the given interface?  Or if not, are you sure that you're monitoring whichever direction the device should be seeing the traffic go?
2. Are you viewing both ingress and egress traffic in NTA?  Or if not, are you sure that you're viewing whichever direction the device should be seeing the traffic go?
3. Are you sure that the packet is going through the particular device and interface you're looking at?

If you're good on all those, post some screenshots of your IP ranges and data and I'll take a look.
