Inventory not working but snmp, telnet and login is ok.???

I am trying to do an inventory on some new Cisco 6509, Cisco 3560 and Cisco 4948 switches I have added to Cirrus . I have previously added these models and have them managed at other sites. SNMP appears to be working as I can check the interface and port details of each switch. Config Download and ping also works to these devices. I am running version 3.5.1. Any ideas????

Have you performed an inventory on the newly added devices? You can highlight the desired devices, right-click, and select Inventory Selected Nodes to perform an inventory. This will poll the devices for the needed SNMP details. You can also schedule an Inventory job that will run on an automated basis to ensure your inventory data is updated regularly.

When I can right click on the new devices and validate the snmp community string it validates ok , but after I do this no devices details appear. When I right click on the device to do an inventory, the inventory device status box appears and does nothing.

When I go into the device I am able to check the device interface traffic and arp cache. So I am not sure why the inventory isn't working.

I have the same issue with 3.5.1, i can also no longer discover new devices. I have opened a case and reverted back to 3.0 for now.
