how to install NCM on NPM server

I want to install NCM v5 on the server with my Orion v9.1 (DB is on the server as well).

I may be missing it in the NCM documentation, but what order do I run the files in the zip file?

Do I install NCM first, then run the Integration file, or the other way around?

Any other preparations I need to make so that NCM and NPM will work well together?

Install NCM first and then the Integration. That is the order I installed in and the install completed successfully and everything is working fine. I didn't need any additional preparation.

Well, I have tried it both ways and I still am stuck. Should I open a ticket and call SW? I really need to get this resolved quickly.
