Alerts not working

I have several alerts created and they are not working. When using the 'test' function the alerts work.

Trigger condition :

trigger the alert when 'all' of the following apply
feild node status is equal to value down
trigger the alert when 'any' of the following apply
             field custom_property is equal to x
             field custom_property is equal to y
             field custom_property is equal to z

Any direction is appreciated.

There is no wrong in your alert condition logically.It should work fine.Here are few things you may check.

1.Check "Enable this Alert" is checked in the General tab

2.Check for the Alert Evaluation Frequency in the General tab

3.Check for the "Time of Day"

4.Most importantly have your Trigger Actions set to "write to Event log on NPM"

By doing so,we can isolate the problem,and move accordingly.

Thanks for the reply, I was able to get it working and here is what I did:

I removed the 'complex' conditions and used 'simple' conditions instead, worked imediately after doing so. I had to do this on all of my alerts.
