Cirrus real-time notification problems

Hi,

I am having problem that real-time notification does not send email even though we have given the correct path and have included double quote at begining and end of path too. when I check the cirrus logs it shows IP address is Empty, then I gave the IP address of the machine on which Orion NPM and Cirrus are installed but still do not get any email. This time when i check the Logs it shows "
"Error: Job timed out while trying to start Syslog Job. Ensure you provided the correct user name and password."

I have given the administrator username/password in windows credential in cirrus settings but it shows the same error everytime in logs.

Please help me out in resolving this problem.
