Although I have internet speed of 100 Mbps, I see 3 Gbps in top 5 conversations screen. is it normally?

If you are looking at the summary page then that is an aggregate of all data in and out of all interfaces on all routers. You would need to drill into a specific interface to compare it against your WAN bandwidth.
Hi, Thanks for your answer but, My interface speed limit is 1 Gbps. how can I see a speed above 1 gbps?
Double check your device configs to make sure the flow timeouts are set correctly,
try show ip cache flow
You should have
Active flows timeout in 1 minutes
Inactive flows timeout in 15 seconds
If you have anything else then the router will bundle up all the data for however long you have set and then send it all at once, which makes it appear in netflow like you have a giant spike of data just like you show in your screenshot.
