Cisco SmartAdvisor

I am trying to get Cisco SmartAdvisor to run on my Solarwinds server but I keep getting the following error. My account has admin access to the server along with everything in the Solarwinds Orion enviorment any thoughts?

I haven't used that tool in a while but if you are at the part I think you are then it is not looking for an account in your environment, it is asking for the login you use to access the Cisco Smartnet portal

Where do I check that account? I only put in my CCO ID never my password.

So i found where to update the CCO ID but I put in the correct ID and password and I am still getting the error message and I did double check to make sure it was correct password...

any ideas?

I believe that this is due to the Address in your CCO ID. The address has to match that of the one listed for your SmartNet contract.
