Netpath showing could not poll

Hi,

Netpath status is showing unknown for my source and destination probe. Polling interval is set to 10 min.

Wondering i am able to do the telnet for the service running on port 8000 from source to destination. But netpath is not showing any data and display the message first poll could not complete always.

Anyone else faced such issues with Netpath?
