Current systems is running NPM 11.5 with NTA 4.0.1 Trying to upgrade NTA to 4.1. Stopped all services.
Downloaded exe file, but when double-click on it just sits there and spins at the 1st progress bar as if it's waiting for something.
Solarwinds support ticket is opened.
Update: The service was stopping due to a bug with archived data. Tech support repaired this and the upgrade to 4.1 fixes the bug.
