Problems with Windows Event log monitor

I am attempting to use trhe Windows Event log template to look for tw oservices that stop and then start with regularity.

I know that all the settings in the attached screenshot are correct, but I find that the component will not test green when I include the Keyword search criteria. If I remove that and test using only the EventID, it works fine. Even then, the statistical result does not match the number of occurrences that I count in the event log over the the 10 polling cycles.

Any suggestions?

I would like to see an answer to this one myself. I have seen the same thing on a Windows Server 2008 system. Is there something different about the way the keyword search works in Server 2003 vs Server 2008?

Can you provide some additional information?

Is switch named “If a match is found in a polling period, component is:” for this component set to DOWN or UP?

Is there any time difference between the Orion machine and the machine you are trying to poll with this component? I am asking about this because there is known issue with different time zones.
